Why did you choose Hood College?

I am most grateful for the opportunity to do mathematics research at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. What was your most rewarding class or academic experience at Hood? Why?

It was an amazing learning opportunity to learn economic analysis as I went and I am so excited to work on publishing my research this coming year.

What would you say to students applying to Hood?

Hood is an amazing institution, but it is only life-changing if you seek opportunities to make it such. You are only bound by yourself, so go into college and take in as much as you can and embrace every opportunity that is presented to you. Hood has a lot of to give; your mission is to take it.
